Meet the People Behind Play and Practice Centre:
​​Our team is built on a foundation of expertise, and a shared love for Football and Youth Development. With years of experience in coaching children in the professional game, education, and player development, we are committed to delivering top-quality training and producing an environment that inspires young children to achieve technical development through the power of play!

The Coaches:
Sean Hall
Director/Founder & Coach
Sean Hall graduated with a BSC Honours degree in Sports Coaching and Developmemt from the University of Gloucestershire in 2016. A coach who has gone through the journey of coaching badges with an array of multi sport qualifications such as levels in Tag Rugby, Rounders, Ultimate Frisbee and many more.
Sean is an UEFA B & Advanced Youth Award (AYA) qualified football coach specialising in the Foundation Phase.
With experience of working in football across schools and local community programmes to boys and girls aged as young as 2, to managing post 16 programmes with boys up to the age of 19.

Sean is currently the Foundation Phase Lead Coach at Cheltenham Town FC, overseeing the U9-U12s academy programmes.
​
Through variety, challenges and success in Sean’s coaching journey so far, it has added to the wealth of knowledge and experience in developing young footballers on their technical, tactical, physical and psychological abilities.
Callum Smith
Director/Founder & Coach
Callum Smith is a graduate of the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Sports Coaching and Development. A former primary PE specialist, with experience delivering the national curriculum, Callum holds a variety of coaching badge across a number of different and alternative sports.

Callum is currently the Foundation Phase Lead Coach at Oxford United, overseeing the U7s-U10s within the boys academy,
​
Callum is an UEFA B & recently qualified Advanced Youth Award (AYA) football coach specialising in the Foundation Phase.
​
With nearly a decade of coaching experience across a variety of different levels and sports, Callum remains passionate about developing technically proficient players in a naturing environment, allowing children to love the game!
